WE Burgers

Unfair To Every Other Burger.

These aren’t burgers. These are experiences unto themselves. WE source our ingredients from the best local producers. WE make our sauces from scratch. All our meats are seasoned with our own spice blends. And everything is fresh.

WE Go Big.

The Original WE Burger patty is 200g. To put that in perspective, the two patties in a McDonald’s Big Mac total 90g of beef (even our WE Kid Burger is 100g). WE don’t serve combos because you won’t have room for French fries anyway.

WE Burger Styles

WE do uniquely delicious things with our Original WE Burger and WE Patties.

Stuffed Series

The title says it all – WE Stuff our Burgers with cheeses, secret spice blends, jams, jellies, and other meats and then grill them to perfection. Joy needs company, stuffing into every last delicious inch of our burgers.

Fondue Series

WE must say, this is a stroke of cheesy genius as WE top our Deep Fried Onion Crowns and then pour in Swiss Style Fondue Cheese before wrapping everything in bacon, deep frying it and topping our Original WE Burger with this crispy bite of heaven.

Crunchy Series

WE consider including cheese an art form, so we will shape our various gourmet cheeses into individual pucks, sometimes wrapping them in double-smoked farmer’s bacon or prosciutto, breading them and then deep frying the entire puck so it’s perfectly melted while delivering a crisp, crunchy texture.

Crowned Series

WE give our Original WE Burgers the royal treatment by adding WE Onion Crowns on top. These are our own inventions. Onion rings are wrapped with Maplewood Smoked Bacon, then breaded and deep-fried, and then we pour a lake of hot, creamy cheddar fondue in the centre of them.

Beef Patties

WE Beef Burger

Pavão Meats is the exclusive supplier of our Original WE Burger. They customize our blend of Ontario AA lean ground beef for its incredible depth and tenderness, and then WE incorporate our secret spice mix to enhance the flavours while grilling.

WE Ox Rib Burger

WE got super excited when we sampled Pavão Meats' ground Ox Rib Beef Burger. With its deep, rich beef flavour, WE knew it would be the star in our We Calgary Burger.

WE Blue Burger

Because WE dream of cheese, WE decided to take our 200g Original WE Burger and stuff it with dreamy-creamy Blue cheese. And don’t worry, we still melt more cheese on top of this oozy gem.

WE Goodfella Burger

If Martin Scorsese included a burger in one of his mob movies, this would be it. WE stuff our Original WE Burger with imported mozzarella, and then we deep fry it for our Beef Milanese Burger.

Not Beef Patties

When You Don’t Feel Like a Burger

WE didn’t stop at trying to perfect burgers. With so many great suppliers here in Ontario, our ingredients inspired WE to create other incredible Patties, making it even harder to choose what to order. Sorry, not sorry.

Super Sausage Patty

Because Sausage Patties can be super, can’t they? Uncasing our pork sausages, we break them down, step on them with a few more secret spices and then form them into patties for grilling.

Chicken Patty

The disappointed bridesmaid of sandwiches, chicken patties are often a second choice on a menu. But WE take it to another level in a sandwich that thinks its a salad, so you better rethink your options.

Lobster & Shrimp Patty

Our WE Lobster Lobster & Shrimp Patty is a combination of PEI Atlantic Lobster and Pacific wild-farmed shrimp, chopped, mixed, spiced and formed into patties before deep frying to a beautiful golden-brown crispiness.

Veggie B Patty

It took us forever to create the ultimate 100% vegetable-based patty. It had to hold together, grill perfectly (balancing the same WE spices that WE use in our Original WE Burger) and complement every one of our Burger recipes. That’s a tall order, but our vegetarian fans rate it highly. Substitute the Veggie B for any of our signature WE Burgers.

WE Cheese

Melt Our Hearts.

While it may begin as cheese, what WE do with it is nothing short of a miracle. WE won’t be surprised, one day in the not-so-distant future, Renato will receive Sainthood status for his devotion to transforming cheese into a heavenly experience.

Good God Gouda

A golden puck of Alberta Sylvan Star’s famous Gouda cheese, latticework wrapped with generous slices of centre-cut Maplewood Smoked Bacon, then breaded and deep-fried to Dutch perfection.

Little Italy

Our fresh cow’s milk mozzarella puck is coated in bright pesto sauce and sun-dried tomato spread. It is breaded and then deep-fried Sicilian style within our WE TORONTO BUGER.

Smile For The Camembert

Picture this: soft, rich Camembert breaded, perfectly deep-fried, and then topped with a spoonful of Yawdi’s custom-made pepper jelly on our WE MONTREAL BURGER.

Cream Cheese Dreams

Lionel Beaudet, a dairy producer from Victoriaville, has spent a career perfecting Lactania Cream Cheese. It’s smooth and spreadable with a mild, tangy taste. We form them into small pucks, chill them, bread and deep fry them before stacking them in our WE VICTORIAVILLE BURGER.

WE The Brie

This is a classic cheese for breading and deep frying and is always served with a jam or jelly to balance out its creaminess.

WE Cheese It Up

WE also use a variety of imported cheeses: Gruyere, Raclette, Havarti, Double-smoked Cheddar, Smoked Gouda, Blue, Goat Cheese, Swiss, Mozzarella, Quebec Cheese Curds and Parmesan.

WE Meats

Pavão Meats offers some of Ontario's most unique and delicious deli meats. WE are regularly sampling their latest creations and finding ways to build incredible recipes that enhance their best qualities.

Lamb Proscuitto

Imagine the best qualities of your favourite dry-aged prosciutto added to the savoury flavour of lamb, and you get this imaginative deli slice.

Bacon Pastrami Carpaccio

Bacon is stellar on its own. Then it’s made Pastrami style. Then it’s sliced so thin it’s Carpaccio. It's beyond description. And we’re lucky to have it.

Smoked & Cured Meats

WE love to include sliced smoked meats in many of our recipes, including imported Italian Prosciutto, Centre cut Maplewood Smoked Bacon and Shaved Black Forest Ham.

Life is too short for plain condiments and add-ons. WE purposefully source local suppliers who invest the same love and attention into their products. WE partner with them to create exclusive blends, which we include in our many WE Food recipes.

Sauces

Signature Mayo

As simple as it may sound, our homemade Mayo is anything but. We hand-press our garlic, mix it with freshly chopped parsley, salt and pepper and then whip it until our arms fall off.

Pickle-Wasabi Mayo

WE love using Ontario’s own OG Cheeky Pickles and authentic Japanese Wasabi when blending with our homemade Signature Mayo.

Pistachio Mayo

WE level up our Signature Mayo with crushed, fresh-roasted California pistachios. The extra nuttiness in this blend adds depth to our WE Burger recipe.

Pickle-Wasabi Mayo

WE love using Ontario’s own OG Cheeky Pickles and authentic Japanese Wasabi when blending with our homemade Signature Mayo.

Sicilian Lemon Mayo

Freshly squeezed Sicilian lemon juice is added to WE Signature Mayo. It’s often called aioli, but that sounds too snooty.

Kozlik’s Sweet + Smokey Mustard Mayonnaise

WE are honoured to partner with the Kozlik Mustard Co. and inspired by their various products and blends that WE add to many of our favourite recipes. Their Smokey-Mustard is the basis of one of our Signature mayonnaises (we also sneak in a bit of horseradish for added kick).

Truffle Dijonaise

Our Black Périgord Truffles are harvested from the first Canadian farm to ever successfully inoculate their forest with the original French Truffle spores. They then imported an Italian-born Lagotto Romagnolo puppy, specifically bred to sniff these truffles out. Lastly, WE hand-shave the truffles into a combination of our signature homemade mayonnaise and Kozlik’s Classic Dijon Mustard.

Yawdi’s Pepper-Jelly

Yawdi’s incredible hand-made pepper jelly combines the ideal balance of spice and sweetness.

Aloha Pineapple Compote

WE crush some fresh pineapple, add sugars, fresh orange juice, ginger, cinnamon and cloves and then cook it down to its inevitable, delicious, jam-like spread.

Dulce de Leche Sauce

Are you kidding me? Seriously. WE start with Dulce De Leche sauce as our base, then add our secret blend of herbs, spices and seasoning to create this one-of-a-kind smokey-sweet sauce.

Guava Sauce

Yes, not only one but two sauces BBQ made from scratch of something supposed to be a dessert! We start with guava marmalade, simmering with ginger and some more secret ingredients. This sauce goes perfectly well when combined with our juicy pulled pork and also on the side of any Skewer.

Big WE Sauce

Any resemblance to the famous McDonald’s Big Mac sauce or its signature ingredients is purely coincidental.

Chimichurri

What’s your hurry? Ours is made fresh from grandma’s secret recipe. Its only purpose is to take every WE Burger to new heights.

Decadence

Bacon Sprinkles

Less time-consuming than our Bacon Cocaine, these sprinkles start with our same centre-cut Maplewood Smoked Bacon, crisp fried and chopped into delightfully salty-crisp bacon magic.

Onion Confetti

WE spend hours carmelizing our onions, getting them to the point of savoury sweetness, and then granulating them for that crisp, crunchy texture.

Onion Crowns

Fit for royalty, the WE version of onion rings are wrapped in our hickory-smoked centre-cut bacon, then breaded and deep-fried.

Magic Mac ‘n Cheese

Starting with the Canadian staple of Kraft Dinner, we elevated Mac N’ Cheese into a hand-held stunner. Gooey, creamy pasta elbows are slathered in cheese sauce, formed into patties, breaded and deep-fried to melty perfection.
 

Coconut Shrimp

Using only Pacific wild-farmed shrimp, we toss them in toasted, shredded coconut breading and then flash-fry them so they’re perfectly crispy-sweet and juicy.

Palha Poutine

We start with a Brazilian style of French Fry (called ‘Batata palha’ in Portuguese) that is skinnier and crispier than North American versions, and then WE load them up with imported Quebec Cheese Curds and our own homemade gravy. **We also top some of our G Dogs with the Batata Palhas as well.
